Mini Wrap Trays
We have trays that feature 18 mini wraps (serves 6 to 9 people) or 36 mini wraps (serves 12 to 18 people) - choose from ham, turkey, hard salami OR roast beef (minimum 18 of each option) - wraps include shredded cheddar cheese, mixed greens and mini tomato as well as mayo and mustard on the side.
We can also provide the mini-wraps as vegetarian (omit deli meat for cucumbers and bell peppers) or vegan (omit deli meat and cheddar for cucumbers, bell peppers and hummus on the side).
Mini wrap trays include dill pickle spears as well as small plates and napkins.

Let's Talk Charcuterie
We have a few different ways to create platters with a charcuterie type vibe; each platter is 16" and feeds between 12 to 15 people as a light meal option (up to 24 people as an appetizer option):
*Brunch Charcuterie: grape mixture; mandarin oranges; berries; breakfast muffins; mini bagels; whipped cream cheese; deli sliced meats, cheese variety and boiled eggs (looks similar to below photo) - 135
