Build Your Own Charcuterie

Dilly Dahl Deli has created a way for you to build your own charcuterie the way YOU want it!

These spreads are created on our 16" disposable black catering platters and approximately five pounds of charcuterie fits per platter; platters are garnished with a variety of fresh herbs and other edible decor.

Prices include serving utensils as well as appetizer sized plates and napkins - prices include sales tax.

Our displays are placed on 16" circular black disposable platters with condiments placed in black cups on the platter (please see Facebook photos for visuals); each platter holds approximately 5 pounds of food.

Dilly Dahl Deli offers a variety of options to fit your needs. Charcuterie includes serving utensils and appetizer sized plates with napkins.

Please review the following portion sizes and pricing per person (includes sales tax):

*Light Appetizer - each guest is guaranteed 4 ounces - $7

*Appetizer - each guest is guaranteed 2 ounces of meat and 2 ounces of cheese along with other items for a serving size of 7 ounces - $11.50

*Hearty Appetizer - each guest is guaranteed 3 ounces of meat and 3 ounces of cheese with other items for a serving size of 12 ounces - $16

*Meal - each guest is guaranteed 5 ounces of meat and 5 ounces of cheese along with other items for a total serving size of 16 ounces - $26.50

Light Appetizer (20 guest min) - 4 oz per person

Appetizer (12 guest min) - 7 oz per person

Hearty Appetizer - 12 oz per person

Meal - 16 oz per person

Dilly Dahl Deli provides sliced French bread and assorted crackers with each charcuterie spread - please reach out with any questions.

Please choose up to three options; additional options may be chosen for an additional fee. Cheeses may be cubed and/or sliced to compliment the platter.
